Since 1975 MB has been engaged in the manufacture of radiochemicals, radiolabeled, compounds, stable isotope labeled
and unlabeled compounds in support of the scientific research community, providing compounds
in demand and unavailable from other sources. MB also offers many non-exclusive compounds
at exceptionally high purity, and at prices substantially lower than other competitors' list prices.
Today, after thirty years of consistent growth and commitment in the field of radiolabeled
compounds, MB presents a catalog of more than eleven hundred tritium [3H], carbon-14 [14C],
sulfur-35 [35S], stable isotope labeled and unlabeled compounds as well as reliable custom labeling
services.
For 2007 MB has doubled the size of our primary production facility in California, where
18 new fume hoods have been added. Two Thermo Electron LC/MS/MS quadrupole ion traps and a
Bruker Biospin Avance NMR have also been added for fast, convenient on site analysis.
Over 30 HPLC stations now operate in support of MB production and quality control. Pharmaceutical
research grade HPLC media and GC are used extensively for purification, and HPLC, GC, LC/MS/MS
are utilized for quality assurance resulting in the highest quality standard in the radiochemical industry,
the MORpure™ standard. Much of our growth is the result of increasing numbers of researchers who
appreciate the value of rigorously purified and quality controlled compounds that are shipped only
after meeting strict standards of pharmaceutical research grade HPLC radiochemical purity (97% for
