Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry Analytical Services

  • Single labeled compound liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry including LC and MS printed results: $2,760†.

Liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS) is an analytical chemistry technique that combines the processes of liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry to separate and then determine the masses of multiple components within a mixture. By using this combined technique, our team can determine the identity and/or the molar activity of your compound.

Liquid chromatography is used to isolate the target compound while mass spectrometry is used to determine the masses present in a particular chromatographic peak. The identity of a compound may be confirmed by obtaining its expected mass or by comparing the results to those of a reference standard. The molar activity of a compound may be determined by comparing the relative amounts of radiolabeled and non-labeled material, which have different masses.

The Quality Control team at Moravek routinely uses LC-MS as part of in-process check(s) and final analysis of your radiolabeled, stable-labeled, or non-labeled compound. Contact Moravek today to inquire about our LC-MS services for your project.

Note: Analytical HPLC column must be provided by customer at any time during the analysis when Moravek does not possess the required functioning HPLC column.
