Orders for in stock items received by 1:00 pm Pacific Time Monday – Thursday will be shipped the same day via Federal Express and arrive the following day by 4:30 pm destination time. International Delivery
You can find local Moravek distributors for many countries on the International Distributors page of this web site. If you find your country’s Moravek distributor, contact that office for delivery details.
If your country does not have a national Moravek distributor, your order will be handled by our primary production and distribution facility in California. International orders originating from California are usually shipped the first Monday after they are placed. This avoids weekend transit and reduces risk of product decomposition. A facsimile or E-mail with flight arrival information will be provided 1-2 days prior to the order arrival date. The fees for international orders shipped from California are as follows:

Cancellations
Only orders for catalog items can be changed or cancelled 24 hours prior to the requested ship date.

Shipment Costs and Terms
The cost of any shipment(s) will be prepaid by Moravek and billed to Client unless Client elects to have the shipment costs billed directly to Client. Taxes or additional fees associated with any shipment(s), such as customs brokerage fees, customs duties, customs VAT, airport storage fees, in-transit insurance, or any other expense associated with the shipment clearing customs, will be the responsibility of the consignee.
Payment Terms
Terms are net 30 days from the invoice date, unless other arrangements have been made prior to shipment.
